The personalised catering services I provide at Aroma Dining at Home allow me to do just that. I specialise in contemporary cuisine and consider myself to be an open-minded chef. I love to explore and mix new flavours and ingredients to create unique dishes. Upon confirming and paying a deposit for your private dining booking, I will:
Source ingredients needed for your agreed menu, using a range of quality and local suppliers.
Come to your home or other specified location and cook for you and your guests.
Serve food and drinks to tables throughout your meal.
Restore your kitchen to its normal state by cleaning up afterwards!

ABOUT ROMA BUCZKOWSKA
I’m a private chef whose passion for fresh and creative food started when I was just a child. I have such fond memories of enjoying tasty homemade food throughout my childhood. I was raised by my granny in Poland, who always cooked and baked using wholesome, high-quality ingredients. Inspired by my granny’s fantastic cooking, I decided to start my culinary adventure six years ago in Scotland where I worked alongside an Italian chef. While working my way up in the kitchen and undertaking my formal qualifications (SVQs), I learned to cook traditional Scottish cuisine and perfected my skills in preparing and cooking many different types of meats. I also obtained sound skills in making delicious pasta dishes along with various types of freshly baked bread.
Upon relocating to York a few years on, I worked closely with another great chef, Nick Evans, before starting work as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel in Yorkshire.
After a year, I was promoted to a role as a Junior Sous Chef where my responsibilities included overseeing staff and menu preparation as well as cooking contemporary cuisine using fresh, local ingredients.
In 2018, I resigned from my Junior Sous Chef position to set up Aroma Dining at Home, my own business which I run full-time.
During my career in the catering industry, I've been able to gain valuable experience working in a 3 AA restaurant, which in turn helps me deliver outstanding service to clients of Aroma Dining at Home.
